Individual therapeutic mindfulness sessions are founded on the Basic Mindfulness System. This system is developed by renowned meditation teacher, Shinzen Young. It teaches the Five Ways of mindfulness. Each of these techniques is a way of developing the baseline level of mindfulness, as well as a strategy for helping with challenges and maximising opportunities.  Practises are tailored to your particular interest, need and goals.
