MIYANDA THERAPY AND TRAINING

Learn how to live more peacefully

Individual sessions for adults, adolescents, and children

Individual Mindfulness sessions are founded on the Unified Mindfulness System (UM) developed by renowned meditation teacher Shinzen Young, over 50 years of practice and research. UM is a clear, comprehensive, and highly effective system, bringing together elements of Eastern contemplative traditions and scientific based practicalities of the West.  It is used by Harvard Medical School, Carnegie Mellon and The University of Vermont as the basis of their research of meditation.

In the one-on-one sessions I teach mindfulness meditation practices tailored to individual needs and interests.
