Mini Retreats

An invitation to pause from our busy modern lifestyle

Enjoy a time of non-doing and “recognise the bloom of the present moment”.

Mini retreats include:

Mindfulness practices, combining sitting meditation and mindful movement /Kum Nye (Tibetan yoga)

There is opportunity for walking along the wildlife corridor of the Darebin Creek, supporting us to come back home to our senses.

Time: 3 – 4 hours

Group size: Three or four people

Venue: Ivanhoe, backing on to the Darebin Creek. Larger groups can be organised at other locations.

These retreats are suitable for beginners or those wanting to deepen practice.
