A personalised and collaborative approach, for children and adults of all ages.

The therapy sessions I offer are mindfulness based. Mindful awareness cultivates being in the present moment, clarity of sensory experience (internal and external senses), the capacity to be with what arises without fighting with it and compassion towards ourselves and others.

In addition to mindfulness, I bring approaches and practices informed by experience and training in other therapeutic traditions: Person Centred Therapy, Family Therapy, Jungian Sandplay Therapy and Psychotherapy, Embodied Imagination®, and Buddhist Psychology. Together we find what is most effective for you.
