Mindfulness nature retreats at Clearview Retreat Centre

The retreats will offer mindful nature walks, Tai Chi, guided meditations and discussions, as well as times to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. They are suitable for beginners, as well as more experienced meditators who would like to deepen their practice. The retreats will provide practices and resources for integrating mindfulness into daily life, to develop resilience, and to learn how to deal more effectively with stress.

Friday evening, 3rd September – Sunday afternoon, 5th September – 2 days
